Ingredients
 

  • 6 oz semi‑hard yellow cheese cut into sticks
  • 5 oz cooked smoked salami cut into sticks
  • 2 medium cucumbers cut into sticks
  • 1 medium tomato diced
  • 2 cups crunchy seasoned croutons
  • mayonnaise to taste

  • First, prepare a large deep salad bowl. Cut the cheese into thin sticks and transfer it to the bowl.
